04.Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on ph222l at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in your name, you must notify ph222l immediately at the contact details in Section 16.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

13.Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your ph222l account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard KYC and AML checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

13.2 Termination by ph222l

In the event of account closure for cause, ph222l may withhold your Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph222l may forfeit the withheld funds in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.

14.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ph222l platform shall first be submitted to ph222l's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. ph222l will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph222l's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as prescribed under PAGCOR's licensing framework. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.Amendments to These Terms

ph222l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the ph222l platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
